Why can't I checkout using American Express/Discover/prepaid gift card?

Our online checkout form currently only accepts payments with Visa, MasterCard, prepaid Visa/MasterCard gift cards, and Interac (this also applies to orders made over the phone).

If you have a prepaid gift card and the balance on the card is less than the order total, please contact us so that we can split the payment up for you!

To use American Express, Discover or a prepaid gift card in general, you can complete your payment using PayPal at checkout. Don’t worry - you won’t need to create a PayPal account if you do not have one.

Once you’re at the checkout page, the link at the top of the page for Express Checkout with PayPal.

Clicking on this link will generate a secure pop-up window where you can log in using your PayPal account, or you can select “Checkout with Credit/Debit” if you don’t have one and/or do not wish to create one.

From here, you’ll be able to securely input your payment information to complete your purchase. After paying, you’ll be redirected back to our website!
