Eligibility:

• 1.1 The Thinkware U3000 Photo Contest Giveaway is open to all individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Contest Period:

• 2.1 The Contest begins on August 8th and ends on August 27th, 11:59 PM.
• 2.2 Entries received after the Contest Period will not be considered.

How to Enter:

• 3.1 To enter the Contest, participants must use their own email address and name.

• 3.3 Participants may submit only one entry for the duration of the Contest.
• 3.4 By submitting an entry, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Winner Selection:

• 4.1 The winner will be automatically selected by the third party platform Kingsumo based on a voting system.
• 4.2 The decision is final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
• 4.3 The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry.
• 4.4 If the selected winner fails to respond within 48 hours of notification, another winner may be chosen.

Prize:

• 5.1 The prize is the Thinkware U3000 Dual Channel Dash Cam value of $550 USD
• 5.2 The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
